Kauai Real Estate Agent:
Ron Margolis - RA
Superior Buyer Services
Ron Margolis hails from the City of Brotherly Love, Philadephia. His passion for music and technology brought him west in the 80s where he created and managed a $10 million sales organization providing high tech computer solutions for the entertainment industry including video editing, audio editing, and special effects creation

Continuing westward, Ron landed in Kauai and turned his passion for marketing and sales into the exciting real estate market which has been appreciating at a phenomenal rate for the last five years. Ron's experienced negotiating and communication skills make him a natural resource for those wishing to either sell or buy property in the islands. He teamed up with his dear old friend Mimsy Bouret, one of the owners of Hanalei North Shore Properties. HNSP has been providing quality homes and land in Kauai before most people had even heard of the place, back in the mid 1970s.

Additionally, Ron loves music and sports. Kauai was the perfect place for Ron to learn the challenging game of golf which he is in the process of doing ( who isn't still learning it right?) and he performs weekly at the Princeville Hotel with a jazz trio featuring Michael Ruff, the hottest piano player on the island chain.

Ron lives in Kapaa with his wife Gwendolyn and together they enjoy the beauty and wonder of life in Kauai
